At Sadie’s Craft, we take pride in creating quality handmade items. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Because many of our products are handmade or custom-made, personalized or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund isapproved. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
